Sainte-Croix Syrah-Merlot 2006

The label of this Sainte-Croix Syrah-Merlot claims that it has “superb, bright range of fruity aromas (blackcurrant, strawberry and cherry) and sweet spices (cinnamon, peppers).” It definitely has a sweet, fruity aroma. Americano at Turk’s on the Drive

Turk’s makes a good Americano. The crema is thick and golden. The roast is full bodied, and has just a touch of bitterness, which goes perfectly with the intensely sweet cinnamon buns.
